EW-29 Electric Trike: E-Wheels Electric Trike is shipped fully assembled. The new E-Wheels Electric Trike can easily be operated as a regular trike by just pedaling, or as an electric trike with 100% electric power by just twisting the hand throttle. You can even combine pedaling and electric power at the same time. This well balanced trike can reach speeds up to 15 mph and travel up to 20 miles on a single charge. It features a low step-thru steel frame for easy seating, a front storage basket and large rear storage basket that is perfect for groceries, running errands or for taking along your favorite pet. Features also include a LED front electric light, electric horn, electric battery indicator, forward/reverse switch and oversized seat with backrest.

Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email once that information becomes available to us. We reserve the right to use any carrier for delivery. If you live in an area that is considered “remote” or we can not get a shipment to you then we will let you know your options (if any). We reserve the right to use any carrier for delivery. Due to the size and weight of some items, we are required to ship by freight.
If your trike ships via freight, once your order arrives to your local terminal, the carrier will call the recipient to schedule an appointment to deliver the order curbside. You'll need to be available to accept the phone call and be present at the shipping address during the agreed upon time frame. You will need to be able to unload all items; we suggest having 2-4 able-bodied people there to unload the packages from the trailer. Please note that the driver will move the package(s) to the back of the truck but is not required to assist with offloading.
If the delivery is refused for any reason, the customer will be issued a refund LESS a 25% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. If instead you wish to have the item reshipped, you will be liable for the actual cost for the shipment and any penalty costs the freight line assigns.
You must be present to accept the delivery and must inspect your trike(s) prior to signing the delivery receipt. If condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. The driver will give you a copy, and take the original signed copy as proof of delivery. A signed delivery receipt without exceptions noted on the delivery receipt is called a clear delivery. Clear delivery means that there were no shortages and no visible damage at the time of delivery.
IF YOUR TRIKE IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY: If you inspect your trike upon delivery and it has been damaged, please notate the damage on the delivery receipt and accept the delivery. Please take photos of the damage and email the photos to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. If damage is not notated on the delivery receipt, the customer is waiving their right to a refund or replacement if damage has occurred. A shipping claim will need to be filed if your trike is damaged. Please be sure to keep all pieces of your damaged trike as well as all pieces of the packaging.
All in stock items typically ship within 3-5 business business days of your order being placed. All orders are shipped either via ground shipping through the most economical carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) or via freight (for some mobility scooters). Once an order has an assigned tracking number, that information will be emailed to the customer. Once a tracking number has been assigned to an order, the order is unable to be cancelled at that time. Please note that if your order does ship via freight, lift-gates are typically included with delivery with the exception of some areas - this will be at the discretion of the freight line.
Any damaged or short shipments must be reported to PayZeroToday.com Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the order. For damaged shipments, the original box and packing materials MUST be held until the shipping carrier who delivered the item deems them unnecessary for claim purposes. If not reported within 48 hours, we are unable to initiate a claim and the package is deemed as received in acceptable condition.
If you wish to return your purchase, you must contact PayZeroToday.com Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are only eligible if they are in brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return shipment has been received by the warehouse, your package will be inspected to ensure it is acceptable return condition. The customer will then receive a refund less a 25% restocking fee and the actual cost of shipping the order to your delivery address.
If the return order is not in acceptable return condition, the order will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
