ESB Enterprises warrants the Galaxy 14 Tanning Bed to be free from defects in workmanship as follows:
ESB Enterprises obligation under the Galaxy 14 warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of any defective part without charge for that part, at ESB discretion, with the following limitations:
ESB Enterprises disclaims any responsibility for transportation. ESB Enterprises further disclaims any responsibility for injury resulting from the failure of Galaxy 14 equipment or parts manufactured by ESB Enterprises due to incorrect installation or operation.
ESB Enterprises shall not be liable for loss or damages caused either directly or indirectly from the use of the Galaxy 14. This limited warranty does not extend to any products which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than an ESB Enterprises representative.
This warranty does not apply to any failure of parts or products due to alterations, modifications, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the specified electrical requirements. Such occurrences immediately VOID this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of these goods.
USE OF THIS PRODUCT IN A COMMERCIAL TANNING FACILITY OR FOR PROFESSIONAL AND MEDICAL SERVICES AUTOMATICALLY RESULTS IN THE VOIDING OF ANY AND ALL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES.
THIS PRODUCT IS IN CONFORMITY WITH PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR SUN LAMP PRODUCTS UNDER U.S. FDA SECTION 21 CFR PART 1040.20.
IMPORTANT: Please complete and return the enclosed warranty registration card within ten days from the date of purchase to ensure warranty validation. Serial numbers are located on the back of the product.
All tanning beds are made to order and will ship out within 7-10 business day (sometimes sooner). All orders are shipped via freight shipping and are delivered curbside only. Once an order has an assigned tracking number, that information will be provided to the customer via email. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed beyond 48 hours after the order is placed, and cancellation fees may apply.
After the product ships, the customer must be available to accept a phone call from the freight company to set up a delivery window. The customer must be present for the agreed upon delivery window and will need to be prepared to offload the product. (Please note that while the driver will move the box(es) to the back of the truck, they are not required to assist with offloading.) We recommend that there be 2-3 able-bodied people available to help with offloading.
At the time of delivery, any damaged or short shipments must be clearly notated on the delivery receipt before signing; and any damage must be reported to PayZeroToday.com Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the order. For damaged shipments, the original box and packing materials MUST be held until the shipping carrier who delivered the item deems them unnecessary for claim purposes. If not reported within 48 hours, we are unable to initiate a claim and the package is deemed as received in acceptable condition.
It is our policy to replace any items or parts that may have been damaged during shipping. If the customer requests a refund instead of replacement parts, please note that the requested refund will be issued LESS our actual cost of shipping the item to you. We recommend moving forward with replacement parts as these are at no additional cost to the customer; additionally an alternate freight carrier can be assigned to handle shipping of the replacement at the customer's request.
If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order within 48 hours of it being placed and issue you a refund with no penalty. Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
If you wish to return your purchase, you must contact PayZeroToday.com Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are only eligible if they are in brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return shipment has been received by the warehouse, your package will be inspected to ensure it is acceptable return condition. The customer will then receive a refund less a 25% restocking fee and the actual cost of shipping the order to your delivery address.
If the return order is not in acceptable return condition, the order will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
