All in stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. All orders are shipped via ground shipping through the most economical carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS). Once an order has an assigned tracking number, that information will be emailed to the customer. Once a tracking number has been assigned to an order, the order is unable to be cancelled at that time.
Any damaged or short shipments must be reported to PayZeroToday.com Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the order. For damaged shipments, the original box and packing materials MUST be held until the shipping carrier who delivered the item deems them unnecessary for claim purposes. If not reported within 48 hours, we are unable to initiate a claim and the package is deemed as received in acceptable condition.
If you wish to return your purchase, you must contact PayZeroToday.com Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, after this time period returns will not be accepted. Returns are only eligible if they are in brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return shipment has been received by the warehouse, your package will be inspected to ensure it is acceptable return condition. The customer will then receive a refund less a 25% restocking fee and the actual cost of shipping the order to your delivery address.
If the return order is not in acceptable return condition, the order will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
