All Pibbs products are subject to varying lead times, depending on the item. Please find the most relevent information for your order below:

1. Finished Products (appliance holders, accessories, etc.) typically ship via UPS and take 5-7 business days to leave the warehouse.

2. Custom Upholstered Products (salon chairs, stools, etc.) will either ship via UPS or freight (depending on the quantity of items ordered) and can take 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse. 

3. Custom Laminate Products (some manicure tables, styling stations, etc.) will ship by either UPS or freight (depending on the size and quantity of the product(s) and take 4-6 weeks to leave the warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM UPHOLSTERED PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE TO THE ORDER. CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY REASON AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED FOR A CUSTOM UPHOLSTERED PRODUCT MAY RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE OF UP TO 30% OF THE ORDER TOTAL.

Once your order has an assigned tracking number, that information will be emailed to you so that you are able to track the order while it is in transit. Once an item has shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (depending on your location). 

If your order is shippied via freight (to a residence), the freigh-tline will contact the recipient of the order (by phone) to schedule an appointment for delivery (Deliveries may only be scheduled Monday-Friday, during normal business hours).

It is possible that if your freight order is being delivered to a business, the freight-line may attempt delivery without first scheduling an appointment. This is typically done during normal business hours. If you have irregular business hours or would prefer to schedule your delivery, please provide that request when placing your order.
